Securing The Internet Of Things Before Someone Gets Hurt

Security in IoT was the topic of discussion at the recent NetEvents media and analyst summit, where a panel of players  involved in the space were asked how IoT products are tested to ensure safety and privacy. Hank Skorny from Neustar suggests that leveraging cloud-based processing is an effective solution for encryption that is currently stored on devices to reduce processing and memory burden while maintaining the same level of high security.
