Would you drink broccoli coffee?

A recent CSIRO and Horticulture Innovation report found 51 per cent of adults were not eating enough fruit, while two out of three were not eating enough vegetables. However they may have found a way to sneak more vegetables into your diet, adding powdered broccoli to your morning coffee. “Two tablespoons of broccoli powder is equivalent to one serve of vegetables,” said CSIRO food scientist Maryann Augustin.
